How to Register?

1. Open NTA QOE Survey app
2. Tap on Sign Up link
3. Fill up details in the form
4. Tap on Sign up button

How to Login?

1. Open NTA QOE Survey app
2. Enter Registered email address
3. Enter Password
4. Tap on Login

How to Reset Password?

1. Open NTA QOE Survey app
2. Tap on Forgot your password?
3. Enter Email
4. Tap on Reset
5. Enter your verification code
6. Enter Password
7. Confirm Password
8. Tap on Change

How to View and Edit Profile?

1. Login into NTA QOE Survey app
2. Tap on Profile to view profile
3. Tap on Edit icon to edit profile

How to Start Survey?

1. Login NTA QOE Survey app
2. Tap on Start Survey
3. Tap on Next and follow the steps until form ends
4. Tap on sub\ button to submit survey details

How to view Survey History?

2. Tap on History
3. Click on Details

3. Listen to the instructions and follow the instruction

3. List of questions will be displayed
